Scrumptious Swiss Oats

1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/4 cups milk (I use soy milk)
2 T. honey
1/2 t. cinnamon

Stir together in a large bowl and allow to soak in refrigerator, covered, overnight. Top with chopped fresh fruit, dried fruit, and nuts.
